A good steady long run in poor weather conditions - cold, rainy and windy. Ran the 20-miler in 2:11:10 (6:34 pace). The legs felt sluggish early on, but better as the run progressed. Settled into a nice rhythm about 45 minutes into the run, running 6:20ish-30ish pace for the last 13 miles, which averaged out at 6:24 pace.
