Wed: 10M @ 7:07 pace
Thur: 10M @ 6:45 pace
Fri: 9.3M progression run; 50' easy then 10' faster (1.8M @ 5:33 pace)
Sat: 6.5M @ 6:57 pace
Sun: 14M @ 6:42 pace with last 3 miles moderate (6:20, 6:15, 6:15)
Weekly Total: 66 miles
