Easy 8 miles today.  I didn't do a key workout, as I normally do on Fridays, because I'll run a 5K race on Sunday.  Despite running at an easy pace, my legs didn't feel all that good.  The leg muscles and joints felt a little beaten up.  I'm not sure why.  The odd thing is that I'm not feeling sore.  I hope it's just one of those bad-feeling days.  Better to have it now rather than Sunday.
