On top of NC & the East Coast!
Forgot to bring my jacket. It wasa chilly 62 deg. on Mt. Mitchell.

Okay! I didn't bring the running shoes,
but I can still say I ran Mt. Mitchell Trail
Can you believe it's only .7 miles to the top of Craggy Dome?
I just finished hiking the mountains behind me.
